This is a special needs boy that will need a lot of patience to build up his trust in people.  His original owner discovered how much trouble it was to own a wolf dog puppy and decided it would be much better to "set him free".  Poor Tobey had no idea how to hunt for food and ended up raiding people's garbage cans.  As a result of this poor nutrition, he never developed all of his adult teeth and his ears did not stand.  However, we think he is beautiful just as he is. 

He is very sweet although on the shy and timid side.  He gets along well with other dogs.
